Dealer privacy notice

AgentsHub Kenya Limited collects the information you submit to assess your shop as a fulfilment partner, verify its physical location, contact you, send seller activation notifications by email and WhatsApp, and coordinate sales opportunities.

What we collect

Business and contact names, phone number, optional email, shop location, opening hours, stocked brands, sales channels, delivery coverage, proposed model commissions, uploaded commission schedules, preferred payment methods, payment terms and your consent. Our team may add verification results, operational notes and contact records.

Who can access it

Dealer information is available only to active, authorized AgentsHub admins. It is not a public directory. The portal uses hosting and database services to process your submission. Admin actions are recorded for accountability.

Customer leads

Our authorized officers also record customer enquiries with permission to share the minimum contact and fulfilment details with a selected dealer. Leads contain follow-up times, assignment history and handover evidence. Dealer WhatsApp messages are opened by the officer and sent through WhatsApp. Do not reuse a customer’s details for unrelated marketing.

Your choices

To request access, correction, withdrawal from the network or deletion of your information, contact partners@agentshubkenya.com. Include your shop name and application reference. Information is retained while assessing or managing the partnership and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.

Keep your submission limited

Do not submit identity document numbers, bank details, customer information or passwords. Registration does not create a partnership agreement or guarantee sales.
